COVID Check-in Policy

While working during Washington’s Stay Home order, contractors and vendors must meet temporary safety measures aimed at reducing the risk of exposure to the Coronavirus. These temporary measures require additional PPE (gloves and face coverings) to be worn at all times, and the collection of some personal information.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the http://sites.sellen.com/ website operated by Sellen Construction.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries must follow the City of Redmond Approved Haul Routes when accessing the MSCM construction site.

Your access to and use of this Service is conditioned on your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Deliveries

Sellen reserves the right to deny any delivery that does not conform to the following conditions:

The term "Delivery" is defined as any vehicle that will require access to the Microsoft Campus Modernization (MSCM) Construction Site or surrounding Microsoft Properties relating to the MSCM Project, regardless of type, purpose, duration, or organization/vendor.
Requesting a delivery does not guarantee acceptance by Sellen. Sellen reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust any delivery if required.
All deliveries must be scheduled at least one (1) business day prior to the date of delivery.
